Pine Trace is a non gated community of single family homes located off of NW Saint James Dr in Port St. Lucie, FL. Pine Trace offers homes from the low to mid 100’s and will contain 76 homes when completed. KB homes is the builder within this community and they  offer seven different floor plans to choose from that range in square footage from 1,100 to 2,100 living sq ft. Pine Trace consists of one and two story homes that have anywhere from two to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. There is also a children’s play area located within the Pine Trace community.
